Kundalini yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, incorporates physical asanas, breathing, mantra, and meditation to safely and effectively raise the kundalini energy. Kundalini energy is creative and lies dormant at the base of the spine. Through the ancient techniques and technology of kundalini yoga, this dormant energy is awakened and raised in an attempt to balance the chakras and experience a sense of enlightenment as well as physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
