Overall qigong focuses on using the powers of breath, intention, movement & visualization in combination to heal yourself & others. When using these techniques properly you are able to move, push, & circulate energy internally & externally! Qigong can be used in everyday life to bring more energy & awareness to everything that you do… martial arts, meditation, music, art, dance, cooking & everything else.
